Katelyn Dungo has worked in human resources and customer experience for over five years. Katelyn began their career as an office manager at CB Insights in August 2015. Katelyn then became the HR manager at T. Elenteny Imports in October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing all internal and external HR communication, coordinating and executing all recruitment processes, organizing and managing employee and company benefits, processing company payroll in multiple states, organizing and facilitating all employee on-boarding and off-boarding, organizing and conducting company meetings, appointments, staff training and staff events, maintaining and updating all policies and procedures, supporting company operations by organizing, supervising and supporting staff and company systems, organizing and authorizing all company expense and vendor invoices, managing special projects such as office improvements and moves, cross training in various departments, providing operations support for various vendors, handle relationships with office vendors, service providers, landlords and benefits providers, managing office budget and reporting. Katelyn then became the senior manager of HR and customer experience at ADAY in July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the entire customer experience team as well as the HR department. Katelyn then became the HR admin at AlgiKnit in April 2021.

Katelyn Dungo has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Montana. Katelyn also has certification from SHRM in SHRM-CP.
