Rob Nadolny

Rob Nadolny has a diverse background in environmental planning and renewable energy, with significant experience in project management, permitting, and compliance. Rob has held leadership roles at organizations such as Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp., SLR Consulting, and Stantec, where they led teams, developed strategic initiatives, and facilitated project approvals for wind, solar, and storage projects. Prior to this, they worked at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, and ESG International, where they gained experience in land use planning, environmental assessment, and stakeholder engagement.

Rob Nadolny completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology/Biological Sciences at the University of Guelph from 1991 to 1995. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Planning Technician (CPT) certification from the Canadian Association of Certified Planning Technicians.
