Sophie Desormière

Sophie Desormiere is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Aliaxis since January 2023, Sophie focuses on innovative solutions for water challenges and clean energy transition. Previous positions include Chair of the Nominating Corporate Governance-ESG committee and member of the Tech committee at Gentherm, CEO of NAVYA Group, and Principal CEO at AALPS Capital. Additionally, Sophie has served on boards and advisory committees for various organizations, including the Somfy Group and ESCP Europe. With a strong educational background, including a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Chimie ParisTech and executive management training at Harvard Business School, Sophie brings a wealth of expertise in strategic marketing, product development, and corporate governance.
