Mordy Dicker

Mordy Dicker currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Growth at Ecopax, LLC, a manufacturer specializing in polypropylene, foam, and paper take-out containers for the food service industry, a position held since April 2021. As CEO of Mad & Sons, a business development consulting firm in the food industry since 2007, Mordy Dicker has collaborated with both start-ups and established companies to enhance sales and profit margins. Previous roles include Chief Growth Officer at Kari-Out from 2018 to April 2021, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Kayco/Kedem from 2007 to 2018, and President/Owner of Sunrise Commodities from 1992 to 2007, which was a leading importer of nuts and dried fruit. Mordy Dicker holds an MBA in Marketing from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
