Milad Ahmadkhan has a diverse work experience in human resources and organizational development. Milad began their career as a Co-Founder at Rayan Pars Gostar, where they coordinated the purchase of home appliances and digital products. Milad then worked as an HR Risk Project Implementer at Peyvand Ferdous Pars Agriculture And Gardening Holding, identifying and analyzing HR risks in livestock field companies. As an HR Specialist at Bank Refah Kargaran, they participated in a job analysis project. Milad later served as an HR Consultant at Nazdiktarinha, preparing an organizational chart and managing HR needs for a startup. Milad also worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at api24.ir, focusing on improving organizational structure and processes. Milad gained experience in risk management as an HR Risk Project Implementer at Ansar Bank, implementing risk management processes in HR. At IranZima, they co-founded the company, which started as a retail store in organic products and expanded into a wholesaler. In their role at MTN, Milad held various positions, including HR Business Partner Manager, Organization Architecture (Development) Partner, Learning and Development Partner, and Talent & Career Development Partner, overseeing HR processes, training, and employee development. Milad Ahmadkhan completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, Strategic at the University of Tehran from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Allameh Tabataba'i University from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Milad has obtained several certifications in various fields such as human resources, business analysis, and software skills.
