Laura O'Neill

Laura O'Neill has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Laura has held various leadership roles within the hospitality industry, including Director of Human Resources at Alicart Restaurant Group since 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at BR Guest Hospitality from 2014 to 2015. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, specifically at The Pierre Hotel. Laura began their career at The Pierre, A Four Seasons Hotel as an Assistant Director of Human Resources before transitioning to The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park, where they worked as the Director of Human Resources from 2003 to 2010.

Laura O'Neill, SHRM-SCP, completed their studies in Hotel and Restaurant Management at CUNY New York City College of Technology. Laura obtained their certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2022.
