Senior Software Engineer

Alice & Bob are a deep tech company going through an R&D stage to build the first fault-tolerant Quantum Computer. We secured 30 million USD in funding to further develop our unique technology.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Alice&Bob, your role is to contribute to the building of our in-house software which controls the hardware equipment and the experiments that we perform. You will collaborate with the physicists and engineers who run the quantum measurements at A&B.

Responsibilities

• Hands on development, maintaining and testing of the software code
• Participating in designing and implementing software tools to support the scientific development
• Working with Product team to implement new features
• Managing code repositories, version control, and overseeing software deployment processes to ensure that the latest stable versions are available to scientists.
• Close collaboration with quantum scientists and researchers

Requirements

• Solid commercial experience with Python
• Proficient with git command line
• CI/CD
• Experience in product development
• Continuous Testing approaches
