Giovana Myltes

Giovana Myltes has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Giovana has recently worked as a Recruiter | Tech & Health at Alice, where they focus on human-centered healthcare and technology. Prior to that, they were a student of an exchange program at Bayswater. Giovana also has experience in tech recruitment at QuintoAndar, where they held roles such as Tech Recruiter, Tech Recruiting Sourcer II, and Tech Sourcer. Additionally, Giovana worked as a Recruiting Intern at AMARO and as a Recruiter and Recruitment Intern at G4 Global Partners.

Giovana Myltes attended Universidade Paulista from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Psychology. In 2021, they briefly studied at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, focusing on Recruitment and Selection based on Competencies. Prior to their university studies, from 2004 to 2014, Giovana attended Colégio Objetivo de Ibiúna for their high school education. Presently, they are enrolled at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Human Resources Management, which is expected to be completed between 2022 and 2024.
