Luiza Arouca has a diverse professional background, starting as a Trainee at FEI Finance before moving on to a Partner role at BDR AM, where Luiza specialized in managing investment funds. Currently, Luiza holds the title of Business Partner at Alice, focusing on performance and health. Luiza is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, after completing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at FEI.
