Sarita Vollnhofer

Sarita Vollnhofer currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Alice, a technology company dedicated to improving corporate health plans and enhancing the well-being of its members through a continuous care platform. Prior to joining Alice in April 2021, Sarita held the position of Head of People & Performance at Movile and garnered extensive experience at Falconi, where roles included Member of the Diversity Committee, Team Leader, and Senior Consultant. Sarita has also contributed to the Inter-American Development Bank as an Associate Health Program Officer and worked in various capacities at institutions such as Columbia University, UNFPA, Village Health Works, Kivulini Women's Rights Organization, Permanent Mission of Austria to the United Nations, and CARE. Sarita holds two master's degrees from Columbia University in Public Health and International Affairs, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Consultancy from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt.
