Yasmin Allam

Yasmin Allam is a seasoned professional in project coordination and management within the construction industry, currently serving as Team Leader Projects Coordinator at Alico Egypt for Aluminum since July 2015. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance to operation managers, preparing and validating project reports, and conducting regular audits of project controls reporting, cost, and schedule status. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Senior Project Coordinator, where project life cycle management, budget studies, and material control were key functions, as well as positions at Entrasections and Frame Facades focusing on technical engineering and estimation.
