İdil Tolun

İdil Tolun has a diverse work experience starting from 2009 to present. İdil currently holds the position of Director of People and Culture at Alictus since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of People and Culture at Kolektif House from March 2022 to January 2023. From December 2018 to March 2022, İdil served as the Head of HR at Yapı Kredi Leasing. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at UniCredit and Yapı Kredi from 2013 to 2018. İdil also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup from April 2012 to May 2013 and as a Supervisor at Credit Department at Garanti Bankası from February 2010 to March 2012. İdil started their career as a Technology Intern at Omerd Business Solutions from August 2009 to January 2010.

İdil Tolun completed their education at two different institutions. İdil attended Beykent University from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development. Prior to that, they studied at Gebze Technical University from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics.
