Joe Finneran

Joe Finneran serves as the Global Head of Research & Development at Alida since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading software engineering teams and overseeing product management, architecture, cloud engineering, security, and user experience. Prior to this role, Joe was the Vice President of Engineering at Eventbase and held the position of VP of Engineering at JUDI.AI, where leadership involved the development of cloud-based AI and machine learning solutions for the financial sector. Additional experience includes significant roles at Lendified, PayPal, TIO Networks Corp, and Western Union Business Solutions, focusing on engineering team development, integration of engineering functions, and maintaining robust application platforms. Joe's educational background includes an MSc in Computer Science from Keele University and a BA in Economics from the University of Galway.
