Ekaterina Potapenko

Ekaterina Potapenko has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ekaterina worked as the Head of Total Rewards and Organizational Design at ALIDI Group from an unspecified start date in 2016. In this role, they were responsible for improving the efficiency of personnel management, implementing effective compensation and workforce policies, and automating business processes. Ekaterina led a team consisting of organizational development, analytics and automation, and labor motivation and remuneration sub-teams.
