Essam Alshreafi

Essam Alshreafi has a diverse work experience in multiple companies and roles. Essam is currently working at Maergo as the Director of Network Strategy & Design, a position they started in April 2022. Before that, they worked at Danone where they held the positions of Sr. Manager, Strategy and Analytics from May 2018 to March 2022, and Manager, Network Optimization from July 2016 to May 2018. Prior to Danone, they worked at St. Onge Company as a Project Manager in Supply Chain Network Design & Strategy from May 2013 to July 2016. Essam also worked at Land O'Lakes as an Operations Research Specialist in Advanced Analytics from November 2007 to May 2013. Essam's earlier work experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Associate and Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee from August 2005 to August 2007, where they supervised and taught undergraduate courses and conducted optimization and simulation studies. Essam also interned at Siemens as a Strategic Planning Intern from May 2006 to August 2006.

Essam Alshreafi has a Masters degree in Management Science from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Essam also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from La Roche University. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from Villanova University and a Mini Master in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas.
