Hossein Zarei

Hossein Zarei has a strong background in analog/RFIC circuit design and has worked for various companies in the semiconductor industry. Hossein is currently employed as a Staff Circuit Design Engineer at Alif Semiconductor. Prior to that, they worked at Microchip Technology as a Principal Analog/RFIC Circuit Designer for six years. Before that, they held the role of Principle Analog/RFIC Circuit Designer at SaberTek, where they designed analog blocks for LTE/GPS and WiFi transceivers. Hossein also worked at Qualcomm as a Staff Analog/RFIC Circuit Designer, focusing on the verification and design of RF circuits for LTE transceivers. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Staff Analog/RFIC Circuit Designer at Marvell Semiconductor and held various design roles at Skyworks.

Hossein Zarei has a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tehran between 1997 and 2000. The highest level of education they achieved was a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology, also known as Tehran Polytechnic. Although the start and end years for this degree are not specified, it can be assumed to have taken place before their M.Sc program based on the chronological order of their education history.
