Prakash Narasimhaiah

Prakash Narasimhaiah has a comprehensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Prakash currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Alif Semiconductor since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Infoblox from October 2018 to November 2019. Prakash also served as a Manager at Cavium Networks from January 2010 to July 2018. Additionally, they held the role of Engineering Group Manager at MontaVista Software from January 2010 to July 2018, where they also worked as a Group Manager. Prakash began their professional journey at Celestial Systems in March 2005, where they held the positions of Manager of Embedded Linux Business Unit and Director of Engineering until December 2010. Throughout their career, Prakash has demonstrated expertise in embedded Linux, device driver development, kernel debugging, U-boot development, and embedded system projects.

Prakash Narasimhaiah completed their Master of Engineering (ME) in Systems Science and Automation from ME IISc Bangalore. Prakash pursued this degree from 1992 to 1994.

Before their master's degree, Prakash Narasimhaiah earned their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication (E&C) from SJCE Mysore University. Prakash attended this university from 1982 to 1987.
