Andy Berger

Andy Berger has extensive work experience in the tax industry. Andy is currently working as the VP - Tax at Alight Solutions since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Tax Planning at Alight Solutions from October 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Alight Solutions, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Managing Director from April 2017 to September 2021. Andy also gained valuable experience at GE Healthcare as a Tax Counsel from March 2010 to April 2017 and at GE as a Senior International Tax Manager from March 2008 to February 2010. Andy began their career as a Domestic Tax Counsel at IBM from May 2002 to March 2008 and held the position of International Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen from 2000 to 2002.

Andy Berger earned a Bachelor's degree in History & Political Science from UCLA in 1989. Andy then attended Tulane University Law School from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a JD degree. Prior to that, Andy Berger completed their high school education at La Jolla High School from 1982 to 1985.
