Cheryl Lekan

Cheryl Lekan currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Alight Solutions, where responsibilities include managing relationships with key global clients and addressing their human capital needs through strategic outsourcing and service delivery models. Prior to joining Alight in January 2021, Cheryl had an extensive career at ADP, holding various roles such as Corporate Sales Manager for ADP Smart Compliance, Executive Relationship Manager, and National Account District Manager, focusing on direct sales, risk management, and technology solutions for large organizations. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Baldwin Wallace University.
