Jonathan Patton

Jonathan Patton has a diverse work experience in the field of client management, specializing in benefits platforms. Jonathan started their career at ADP as a Customer Service Representative before progressing to roles such as Benefit Representative and eventually becoming a Client Account Executive. At ADP, Jonathan managed daily operations, resolved inquiries, and fostered strong client relationships. In 2015, they joined Mercer as an Implementation Project Manager, where they collaborated with internal teams and clients to ensure successful benefits offerings. Jonathan later transitioned to the role of Client Delivery Specialist and then Senior Associate, Client Delivery Manager, overseeing teams and managing client relationships. Currently, Jonathan is working at Alight Solutions as the Health Team Lead.

Jonathan Patton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended the University of Utah from 2005 to 2007, studying Communication, General. Jonathan also has an Associate's degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College, which they earned from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has obtained various certifications, including CompTIA Project+ in 2016 and several LinkedIn certifications in project management and leadership.
