Joshua Madson

Joshua Madson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joshua is currently serving as the Vice President of Healthcare Navigation Product at Alight Solutions, where they began in August 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Product Strategy at Alight Solutions from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Alight Solutions, Joshua held the position of Product Strategy Director at IngenioRx from June 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they focused on leading product design and innovation for the organization.

From November 2016 to May 2019, Joshua worked at Prime Therapeutics as the Senior Director of Business Strategy.

Joshua gained valuable experience at Optum, where they held various roles including Product Director from August 2015 to November 2016, Product Director from February 2014 to August 2015, and Product Manager from January 2012 to February 2014.

Earlier in their career, Joshua worked as a Financial Underwriting Consultant at UnitedHealth Group from April 2008 to January 2012, a Business Analyst at Target Corporation from April 2007 to March 2008, a Treasury Accountant II at Wells Fargo from January 2007 to April 2007, and an Accounting Specialist at US Bank from June 2006 to January 2007.

Joshua Madson earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and International Business from Minnesota State University, Mankato, during the years 2009-2011. Joshua obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2002 to 2006. In addition, Joshua has also achieved a certification in "Alight: Leading to Transform" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in the year 2023.
