Keemia Vaghef, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology with extensive experience in analytics and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Value Engineering at Alight Solutions, Keemia has held significant positions such as Senior Analytics Consultant at ReedGroup and Senior Industrial/Organizational Psychologist at HRSS Consulting Group, LLC. With a strong background as a Senior Associate Consultant at the Institute for Cross Cultural Management and a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Revolution Technologies, Keemia has developed a robust skill set in human resources and organizational development.
