Luca Saracino

Luca Saracino has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the HR and technology sectors. Luca is currently the Executive Vice President at Alight Solutions, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to this, Luca served as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at NGA Human Resources from October 2017 to March 2021. Luca also held positions as President of Europe & Latin America, President of Southern Europe and Latin America, and Regional Managing Director for Italy, Greece, and Turkey at NGA HR. Before joining NGA HR, Luca worked as the Director of Global e-HR Services at Tetra Pak from 2002 to 2007 and as the Director of Web Solutions at Talent Manager from 2001 to 2002. Luca began their career as a Consultant at Accenture from December 1997 to November 2000.

Luca Saracino received their Maturità classica from Carducci in 1990. From 1990 to 1995, they pursued Economic and Political sciences at Università degli Studi di Milano, earning an University Degree.
