Stephane Chalandon, PMP®, has extensive experience in HRIS project management and leadership. Stephane currently serves as the HRIS Project Director and Workday HCM Practice lead for France at Alight Solutions. Prior to this role, Stephane held the position of Director - HRIS Project Director & Workday HCM Practice lead for France at HR Path from 2019 to 2022. Stephane also worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager - HRIS Project Director & Workday HCM Practice lead for France from 2016 to 2019. Stephane's work history also includes roles at Capgemini, Sopra HR Software, Vivendi Telecom International, Maroc Telecom, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, SFR, and Veolia Water, where they held various positions in HRIS project management and leadership. Stephane has a proven track record of successfully managing HRIS projects and guiding organizations in the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.

Stephane Chalandon, PMP®, has a diverse education history with a focus on project management and IT. In 1994, they obtained an Engineer's degree in IT Project from EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique. In 2010, Stephane obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), further enhancing their project management skills. Additionally, they hold certifications in various areas, including Workday Medium Enterprise (Launch) and Workday Finance overview from Workday, Delivery Lead certification from Accenture, Workday Talent & Performance certification, Workday PM certification, and Workday HCM certification. Stephane also obtained the Engagement Manager certification from Capgemini in 2015 and the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from Learning Tree International in 2010.
