Anna O'Shea

Anna O'Shea has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Anna started their career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as an HR Officer and later joined Cisco Systems, where they held multiple roles, including HR Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA. While at Cisco, they discovered their passion for recruitment.

Anna then worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Digby Morgan, specializing in headhunting senior HR professionals in the tech sector. Anna further expanded their expertise in recruitment as the Head of Recruitment EMEA at lastminute.com, where they led a team and implemented new recruitment processes.

Anna joined LinkedIn during its early years and managed recruitment for EMEA, supporting the organization's rapid growth. After their time at LinkedIn, they set up their own Recruitment Consultancy, AJ & Co Ltd, focusing on recruiting for start-ups in the tech space.

Anna then served as the HR Director for Taboola, leading the European office and overseeing all HR functions. During their tenure, they successfully grew the office from a small start-up team to over 100 employees and implemented various employee benefits and learning programs.

Most recently, Anna held leadership roles at Alight Solutions, starting as the Global TA Director for EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, where they managed large-scale hiring efforts and facilitated integration and change during a period of growth. Anna currently serves as the Vice President of International Human Resources, leading the HR function for International (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), focusing on attracting, retaining, and engaging employees while partnering with the business leader to drive transformation and growth.

Anna O'Shea obtained a BSC in Management Studies from Brunel University London, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
