Tej Chadha is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in platform engineering and document workflows. Tej currently serves as the VP of Platform Engineering at Alight Solutions and has held prominent positions such as VP and Head of Engineering for Document Workflows at Dropbox and Sr. Director of Compliance Platform Engineering at PayPal. Previous roles include VP of Engineering and Technical Support at WorkSpan and Director and Head of Engineering for both Adobe Sign and Adobe Connect and Learning Communities at Adobe. Tej holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Harcourt Butler Technical University and has completed education at St. Francis College, Lucknow.
