Sarah Hartman

Sarah Hartman is the Chief Operating Officer at Alight. Sarah has over twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on arts and culture organizations. Sarah began their career as a Community Affairs Coordinator at Intermedia Arts of Minnesota Inc, where they worked for three years. Sarah then spent four years as the Development Director at the Walker Art Center, before moving to their current role at Alight.

Sarah Hartman began their educational career by obtaining a BFA in Film and Video from the University of Illinois Chicago. Sarah then went on to obtain an MSc in International Development and Administration from UCL.

They are on a team with Mark White - Chief Financial Officer, Affiliates - Subsidiaries, and Karla Nagy - Sr Manager - Executive Office. Sarah Hartman reports to Jocelyn Wyatt, CEO.
