Sandra Saldaña

Sandra is a firm believer in using the power of operations to improve efficiencies, scale businesses, and support her incredible team. Prior to joining Align, Sandra was an Operations Manager at PFI Advisors, an RIA operations and technology consulting company. Sandra had a strong focus on the team’s culture and experience and acted as a leader for internal administration and operations projects. She managed several client engagements and provided assistance to all PFI team members with their client facing duties. She also oversaw PFI’s website content and curated social media content for the firm. Sandra previously worked for the Culver City Chamber of Commerce where she helped businesses communicate and create long lasting relationships with their clients and surrounding communities. She graduated Ithaca College with a BA in Creative Writing and was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles.
