Ishita Shah

Ishita leads Align’s impact-first investing and philanthropy practice. She joined Align Impact in 2019 from New Classrooms, an education non-profit, where she was Director of Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff. Previously, Ishita held various roles with MacArthur Foundation, Mercy Corps, and Education Pioneers. Earlier in her career, she held research and business intelligence roles at Bloomberg LP. Ishita also serves on the Board of S H E | Styler Her Empowered and the Advisory Board of Sonoma Valley Education Foundation.
