Dean Hallows

Dean Hallows is a seasoned professional in the dental industry with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Restorative GP Sales EMEA at Align Technology since September 2022, Dean has also held various key positions within the British Dental Industry Association, including Immediate Past President and Non-Executive Director. Prior to this, Dean worked at Dentsply Sirona for five years, where roles included Vice President for Global Commercial Development and Global Sales & Business Development in the Implant Solutions Group. Dean's career began at Dentsply Sirona in 1986 and includes leadership positions in commercial and marketing sectors across the Middle East, Africa, and the UK & Ireland. Dean holds an MBA in Enterprise & Intrapreneurship from the University of Plymouth and has continued professional development at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
