Nicole Mullikin

Nicole Mullikin, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Director of Global Talent Intelligence & Operations at Align Technology, where responsibilities include strategic leadership of global applicant tracking systems, employer branding, and talent analytics. Prior to this, Nicole held various roles including President of Talent Matters, Inc., focusing on talent acquisition processes in the Life Sciences industry, and Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Development at Synteract, where collaboration with executive leadership was key. Nicole's extensive career in talent acquisition spans roles at notable companies such as Allscripts, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Keane, where Nicole has consistently influenced talent strategy and enhanced recruitment operations. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources from North Carolina State University.
