Shelby Clark Zepeda

Shelby Clark Zepeda currently serves as the VP, Head of People & Culture at Aligned Data Centers since December 2023. Previously, Shelby held the position of Sr. Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development at First United Bank from December 2021 to December 2023, focusing on HR strategy and organizational development initiatives for various financial services divisions. With extensive experience in human resources, Shelby worked at Amdocs as the Human Resources Global Business Head from April 2005 to December 2021, managing HR for multiple customer-facing divisions. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Citi, where leadership was provided for the Retail Mortgage Group, and Human Resources Director at Ameristar Casino. Shelby began a career in HR as Vice President at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant from 1997 to 2002. Educationally, Shelby holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources & Finance from Indiana State University, completed between 1992 and 1994.
