Alejandra Ceja, also known as Ally, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2005, Ally worked at Wertz & Company, LLP, as an Executive Management Assistant until 2007. Alejandra then joined Lazar and Company, Certified Public Accountants, as an Executive Office Assistant from December 2007 to January 2009.

In 2009, Ally worked at Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers Inc. as a Marketing Executive Assistant for one year. Alejandra then moved on to CareMore Health Plan, where they held the position of Supervising Sales Coordinator from October 2011 to July 2015. In this role, they provided supervisory and administrative support to sales representatives and various departments, managed corporate events, and handled budgeting and marketing responsibilities.

Ally joined AltaMed Health Services in November 2015 as an Executive Management Assistant II, providing high-level executive assistance and managing administrative tasks for the Vice President of Information Services. Additionally, they served as a Project Coordinator from March 2016 to September 2016.

From February 2018 to August 2019, Ally worked at the Law Office of Kelley C. Finan as a Legal Assistant Office Manager.

In 2020, Ally held two intern positions. Alejandra was a Public Policy Intern at Workers Warehouse Resource Center from August 2020 to December 2020, and a Housing Intern at Long Beach Residents Empowered from January 2021 to May 2021.

Ally joined Alignment Health in 2021, first as a Quality Assurance Analyst from August 2021 to August 2022, where they monitored sales and broker departments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Currently, they are a Program and Account Specialist, where they develop relationships with existing accounts, provides retiree training, and coordinates the transition and implementation of new accounts.

Throughout their career, Ally has demonstrated their ability to build relationships, manage projects, provide administrative support, and contribute to the success of various organizations.

Alejandra Ceja, also known as Ally, has pursued their education in various fields. Alejandra completed their Bachelor's degree in Chicano and Latino Studies, as well as Sociology, from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, they attended Cerritos College to further their knowledge in Ethnic Studies, Sociology, and Public Policy. These educational experiences have provided their with a diverse understanding of social sciences and community studies.

In terms of certifications, Alejandra Ceja obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in June 2022. Alejandra also acquired a Supervisor Certification from Talkdesk in the same month and year. Prior to these certifications, Ally became an Accident And Health Agent certified by the State of California in April 2017. These additional certifications highlight their commitment to professional growth and development in various industries.
