Jennifer Abbott

Jennifer Abbott has work experience in various healthcare organizations. Jennifer started their career in 2010 as an RN wound care case manager at CareCentrix, where they worked collaboratively with physicians, home health providers, and insurance companies to ensure high-quality clinical support and cost-effective care. In 2011, they joined MidState Medical Center as an RN case manager, where they performed Utilization Review and discharge planning for a med/surg unit. Jennifer also collaborated with other departments to maintain optimal standards of patient care. In 2014, Jennifer joined Middlesex Hospital as an RN case manager and continued their role until 2016. Jennifer then joined Alignment Healthcare as a Regional Manager, where they oversaw case management and social services operations. In 2017, they became a Regional Director for the same company, where they developed new programs, established department policies, and ensured compliance.

Jennifer Abbott obtained their Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Three Rivers Community College - Company in 2006 and completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Chamberlain College in 2015. In December 2013, they also obtained the Accredited Case Manager Certification.
