Rick Scroggs

Rick Scroggs has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and insurance industry. Rick started their career in 2011 with UnitedHealth Group as an Agent Manager, where they trained and appointed new agents to add Medicare to their insurance portfolio. Rick later became the Manager of Independent Contracted Agents in the Southern Colorado Market, working with Medicare eligible people and helping them understand Medicare options. In 2016, Rick co-founded All Family Insurance Inc, specializing in Medicare Education and plans, where they provided training and support to agents. Rick then joined Aetna in 2018 as a Broker Manager, responsible for sales management in the state of Nevada, and supervised a team of Medicare Brokers. Currently, Rick is serving as the Nevada Director of Sales at Alignment Healthcare, where they are involved in sales activities and strategies.

Rick Scroggs attended Webb City High School from 1970 to 1973. Following high school, they joined the USMC from 1973 to 1978, during which they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
