Salomeh Tafazoli

EVP, Industrial Division at Alimak Group

Salomeh Tafazoli is the Executive Vice President of the Industrial Division at Alimak Group. Salomeh has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the automotive industry.

Salomeh began their career at Volvo Trucks in 2009 as a Logistics & Truck Sales Process Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Director of Business Systems Europe Sales, and they held this position until 2016.

In 2016, Tafazoli left Volvo to join Car-O-Liner Group AB as Head of Business Unit Commercial. Salomeh held this position for two years before joining Snap-on Incorporated as Vice President Sales and Marketing Snap-Equipment EMEA in 2018.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing Snap-on Equipment Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), Tafazoli was responsible for the Profit & Loss within Snap-on Equipment EMEA. Salomeh represented 13 brands with an annual turnover of 170 M€. In addition, they maintained their previous responsibilities for the Heavy and Medium duty vehicle business segment globally.

Tafazoli’s main responsibilities included managing Sales and Service of Snap-on Equipment Product Portfolio in EMEA, distribution development, sales and close corporation to all major Automotive OEMs, and package solutions and expanding cooperation with Automotive OEMs.

In May 2021, Tafazoli was promoted to Executive Vice President of the Industrial Division at Alimak Group.

Salomeh Tafazoli reports to Ole Kristian Jødahl, President & CEO. They work with José Maria Nevot - EVP Wind Division, David Batson - EVP, Construction Division, and Patrik Sundqvist - Chief Service Delivery Officer.
