Solange Gauthier

Solange Gauthier, CRHA - CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Shared and Corporate Services at Couche-Tard since January 2020. Prior to this role, Solange held the position of Director of Human Resources at Optimum Talent from February 2010 to January 2020, overseeing HR management for offices across Canada and advising company managers on policies and legal compliance. Solange also worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Office Manager at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton from March 2004 to March 2010, and as Executive Assistant to the President and Corporate Secretary at FRE Composites inc. from March 1998 to August 2004. Solange holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
