Laura Cegala Sphr, Gphr

Laura Cegala, SPHR, GPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Laura started their career as a Human Resources Administrator at EndoChoice in March 2011 and later became a Human Resources Generalist, PHR in December 2012. In 2014, they worked as an HR Consultant at DeliverHR for a short period of time. From July 2014 to September 2017, Laura was employed at Alimera Sciences where they held the position of Director of Human Resources, SPHR. Laura was responsible for establishing HR policies, developing on-boarding and payroll platforms, benefits offerings, and a recruiting strategy. Finally, Laura served as the Executive Director of Human Resources, SPHR, GPHR at Alimera Sciences from September 2017, until August 2020 when they were promoted to the role of Vice President, Human Capital, which they currently hold.
