John Pavlik

John Pavlik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as the VP General Manager at Alinabal Inc. since September 2019, John has previously held multiple roles including General Manager and Engineering Manager. Prior to Alinabal, John worked at Parker Hannifin as Plant Manufacturing Engineering Manager from September 2007 to May 2023, overseeing manufacturing engineering and tooling associates, and leading lean activities. John began their career at Ashcroft Inc. as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and later contributed as a Manufacturing Engineer at Bristol Babcock, successfully launching four new programs. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norwalk State Technical College.
