Brad Carpenter

Brad Carpenter is an experienced Senior User Experience Designer currently working at Alinta Energy since April 2021, focusing on crafting engaging digital experiences using human-centered design principles. Previously, Brad held multiple roles at Isobar from May 2015 to December 2020, where responsibilities included leading design delivery teams, mentoring peers, and creating impactful user experiences. Prior to Isobar, Brad was a Front End Development Team Lead and Senior Graphic Designer at Vivid Group, contributing to robust digital solutions and UI development. Additionally, experience as a Graphic Designer at IBC from 1998 to 2005 complements Brad's extensive background in design. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Curtin University, earned between 1992 and 1994.
