Cindy Vandecasteele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the General Manager of Customer Engagement at Alinta Energy since March 2023, Cindy oversees customer experience across various channels, facilitating a transition to a low carbon future. Prior to this role, Cindy was the Chief Customer Officer at Australian Unity, driving member and customer strategy, as well as digital transformation. Cindy's experience includes significant positions such as VP of Product Strategy at NGDATA, General Manager at National Australia Bank, and an independent consultant for Make-A-Wish Australia. Cindy holds a Master's in Business Engineering from KU Leuven and a Master's in Commercial Engineering from ESSEC Business School.
