Stefano de Pierris

Stefano De Pierris is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as VP Finance Italy and Head of Operations Control at Alira Health since January 2022, Stefano previously held the position of CFO at CROS NT from June 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for a contract research organization in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Prior to that, from October 1998 to December 2017, Stefano served as Sr. Director Finance at IQVIA, managing financial administration and control for several legal entities in Italy. Additional experience encompasses the Head of Controlling at RWE Ambiente Italia and roles in cost management and auditing, including a tenure as Senior Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. Stefano holds a degree in Economia Aziendale from Università Bocconi, completed between 1982 and 1989.
