Hager Elgedawe has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of clinical research. Hager started their career as a Student Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Washington in 2012-2013. Hager then worked as a Laboratory Aide at Fred Hutch in 2013, where they assisted with various research tasks. Hager continued their work at Fred Hutch as a Data Coordinator in 2014, where they collected and evaluated data from patient charts and medical records. Hager also worked as a Program Assistant at Fred Hutch in 2014-2015, where they managed clinical information for complex oncology research subjects.

In 2015-2017, Hager worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Washington, where they collaborated with Dr. Andrei Shustov and managed clinical research studies. Hager ensured compliance with trial protocols and coordinated with clinical providers.

Hager then joined Columbia University Medical Center as a Clinical Research Coordinator in 2017-2018. In this role, they assisted in obtaining site-specific study requirements, managed regulatory matters, and coordinated national sub-site hospital affiliates for clinical trials.

Hager continued their career at University Hospitals in 2018-2019 as a Clinical Research Specialist, where they focused on managing research patients, verifying patient eligibility, and registering patients for appropriate studies.

Subsequently, Hager worked at Hartford Hospital as a Unit Leader Clinical Research in 2020-2021.

Currently, they are working at AliveCor as the Global Clinical Implementation Lead from November 2021 onwards.

Hager Elgedawe earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Washington between 2012 and 2014.
