Katerricka DeBose M.S

Katerricka DeBose M.S has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2016, they worked as a Systems Support Specialist for the US Army, providing technical support for various systems. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Helpdesk Support Technician (Contract) at Dell's Boeing Enterprise Helpdesk. During this time, they assisted with resolving technical issues for clients. In 2018, they joined Austin Peay State University as an Information Technology Security Analyst (Intern), where they focused on analyzing and enhancing the institution's IT security. Following their time at the university, Katerricka worked at AlixaRx from 2018 to the present. Katerricka initially held the role of Desktop Support Analyst before transitioning to the position of Information Technology Operations Engineer in October 2019. In their current role, they are involved in managing and ensuring smooth operations of IT systems within the company.

Katerricka DeBose M.S completed their Master of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Austin Peay State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
