Saurabh brings more than a decade of experience in technology and management consulting with detailed supply chain and analytics experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, industrial products, consumer products, retail, automotive, high-tech, and aerospace and defense industries. He has engaged in projects driving end-to-end supply chain transformation across procurement, planning, manufacturing, and logistics functions in the areas of operating-model design, integrated business planning (IBP) and S&OP, planning transformation, inventory management and optimization, supplier relationship management, supply chain risk management, performance management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and digital transformation by leveraging advanced machine-learning and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. He has identified and scaled AI solutions to enable clients to meet their digital and return-on-investment objectives. Saurabh has an MBA in strategy and operations from Georgetown University.
