Gautier Castillo has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Gautier began their career as a Project Manager at SCRAP (Strategic Concept for the Removal of Arms and Proliferation) in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Gemalto as a Corporate Strategy Analyst. In 2015, they joined Devoteam as an IT Consultant. In 2017, they began working at Air Liquide as a New Ways of Working Manager and Digital Transformation Manager. In their role at Air Liquide, they were responsible for managing strategic and innovative products and projects around the group digital workplace and employee experience. Gautier also framed real estate projects to design new offices of the Digital Department. Most recently, they joined ALIZENT in 2022 as an IoT strategist and business developer.
