Tong FENG has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to 2021. In 2011, they were a Stagiaire technicien automatique for Ville de Lannion. In 2012, they were a Stagiaire ouvrier for Ina Schaeffler Grp. In 2013, they were a Stagiaire ingénieur électronique for Shaanxi Jie Pu Contrôle Technologie Co.,LTD. In 2014, they were a Stagiaire ingénieur électronique for SAS Valentinéa. In 2015, they were an Ingénieur électronique for JRI MAXANT, where they were responsible for the development of a LoRa recorder, including hardware and software development, project management, debugging and version management, unit and integration testing, performance and robustness analysis, technical specifications, CE qualification and FCC certification, production process and methods, technical training, technical support, and technology watch. In 2019, they were a Chef de projet IOT for Datanumia, EDF Group. In 2021, they became a Product Expert for ALIZENT, where they provide level 3 support on the solution, assists users with incidents, deploys solutions, performs user acceptance tests, and transforms user feedback into new requirements.

Tong FENG's education history includes a Baccalauréat in Sciences from Lycée de Tangnan (2005-2008), a Diplôme Universitaire in Cursus d’adaptation aux enseignements scientifiques en français from IUT du Mans (2008-2009), a DUT in Mesures Physiques from IUT de Lannion (2009-2011), and an Engineer's degree in Génie électrique from INSA de Strasbourg (2011-2014).
