Shazuli Raheem DTM, CSAA(AAOIFI), IFQ, AIB(IBSL), ACSI(UK) is a seasoned professional in Islamic banking and finance with extensive experience in Shari'a compliance, risk management, and service assurance. Currently serving as Deputy Senior Manager for Shari'a Risk and Review at Alizz Islamic Bank and as Alternative Shari'a Advisor at Habib Bank Limited, Shazuli previously held managerial roles at Amana Bank, overseeing Shari'a supervision and business banking operations. In addition to practical roles, Shazuli has contributed to academia as a visiting lecturer at the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and other institutions, and has served as a country correspondent for Islamic Finance News.
