Dr. Hisham Gamil

Dr. Hisham Gamil has a diverse range of work experience in the medical field. Dr. Hisham is currently serving as the Commercial Lab Director at aljeel Medical since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at bioMérieux as the General Manager in Egypt from January 2020 to February 2023, and also held the position of Area Business Manager for East Africa from May 2016 to February 2023. Before bioMérieux, Dr. Gamil served as the Sales & Marketing Director at Ultra Diagnostic from February 2014 to April 2016, and as the Business Development Manager and Lab Division Manager at Kemet Medical from May 2013 to January 2014. Dr. Hisham also gained experience as the Sales & Marketing Manager at VacuTrust from January 2012 to March 2013. Dr. Gamil has played roles in various positions at BD, namely as a Product Manager from May 2010 to December 2011 and as a Product Specialist at BD Diagnostics – Preanalytical systems from August 2008 to May 2010. Dr. Hisham worked as a Marketing Researcher at Alfanar Investment Co. from August 2007 to August 2008. Dr. Gamil also had significant roles at BM Egypt, where they served as a Business Unit Manager for BD Diagnostics – Preanalytical systems from September 2004 to July 2007, and as an Application Specialist from September 2003 to September 2004. Dr. Hisham began their career as a Laboratory Director at El Imam AlSharway Medical Center from May 2001 to July 2007 and as a Senior Clinical Laboratory Specialist for Microbiology/Clinical Chemistry Lab at Al Dooah Hospital from November 2000 to September 2003.
