Nhi H.

Nhi H. is a computational biologist currently working at Alkahest, Inc. since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a bioinformatician at the South Australian Genomics Centre from August 2020 to April 2022, where Nhi developed workflows for analyzing various transcriptomic data and applied analytical techniques in single-cell RNA sequencing. Nhi completed a PhD in Bioinformatics at the University of Adelaide from 2017 to 2021, where research focused on Alzheimer's disease under the supervision of A/Prof. Michael Lardelli. Additional experience includes a summer research scholarship in bioinformatics at the University of Adelaide in early 2017, analyzing RNA-seq data from zebrafish, which resulted in winning the Best Poster Prize at the MOHHA conference. Earlier in 2015, Nhi also engaged in summer research in chemistry, focusing on nanoparticles. Nhi holds a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) with double majors in Genetics and Chemistry from the University of Adelaide.
